A Single Layer Dryer / Rack Dryer is a continuous drying system where:

🔥 Tunnel Kiln System

The Tunnel Kiln is a continuous, counter-flow furnace that serves as the heart of a modern clay brick manufacturing plant. Unlike traditional intermittent kilns, the tunnel kiln is designed for high-capacity, automated production.

Key Characteristics
  • Continuous Operation: The kiln remains at a constant temperature 24/7. Green bricks enter one end on “kiln cars,” and finished bricks emerge from the other.
  • Zonal Temperature Control: The interior is divided into three main zones: the Pre-heating zone, the Firing (High Temperature) zone, and the Cooling zone.
  • Uniform Quality: Because the temperature and atmosphere are precisely controlled by automated systems, the resulting bricks are strong, durable, and consistent in color and size.
The Firing Process
