Double Stage Vacuum Extruder
The Double Stage Vacuum Extruder is the main forming machine in a clay brick production line. It removes air from prepared clay, compresses the material and extrudes a continuous clay column with stable shape and density.
This machine is very important for producing stronger bricks with fewer cracks, better edges and smoother surface finishing. It can be used for solid bricks, hollow bricks and perforated bricks by changing the mold design.

The Box Feeder controls the feeding of raw clay into the brick production line. It gives a continuous and stable material supply to the crusher, mixer or next processing machine.
