Double Stage Vacuum Extruder

The Double Stage Vacuum Extruder is the main forming machine in a clay brick production line. It removes air from prepared clay, compresses the material and extrudes a continuous clay column with stable shape and density.

This machine is very important for producing stronger bricks with fewer cracks, better edges and smoother surface finishing. It can be used for solid bricks, hollow bricks and perforated bricks by changing the mold design.

Clay Processing & Aging System

The Clay Processing and Aging System improves raw material consistency before final brick forming. Clay is processed, stored, blended and aged to increase plasticity and improve moisture balance.
