NES configures the complete line around your chosen machine: cement silo, batching, mixing, conveying, forming, stacking and curing, all coordinated under one PLC system.

Silo & Batching

Cement silo, screw conveyor and aggregate batching measure every material accurately.

Mixing

JS-series twin-shaft mixer prepares a uniform dry concrete mix with water and additives.

Feeding & Forming
