Clay Brick Extruder Machine for Clay Brick Making Plants
High-pressure JKR & JKY vacuum extruders for solid, hollow and perforated fired clay bricks. The clay brick extruder is the main forming machine in an automatic or semi-automatic brick line — it de-airs the clay, compresses the body and extrudes a continuous column to the cutter.

High-Pressure Vacuum Extruder for Fired Clay Bricks
A clay brick extruder is the main forming machine in an automatic or semi-automatic clay brick production line. It receives prepared clay from the mixer or aging system, removes air through vacuum de-airing, compresses the clay body, and extrudes a continuous clay column through the mould. The column is then cut into green bricks by the cutting system.
Next Engineering Solutions Ltd supplies and coordinates suitable JKR and JKY series vacuum extruders for small, medium and large-capacity brick lines — producing solid bricks, perforated bricks, hollow bricks, decorative bricks and high-strength fired clay blocks.
Applications
- Automatic clay brick production lines
- Tunnel kiln brick plants
- Hybrid Hoffman kiln brick plants
- Rotary kiln clay brick projects
- Solid, hollow & perforated brick production
- Shale, clay, coal gangue, fly ash & mixed raw material plants
- Old brick factory modernization & capacity upgrading
Main Features
Built for density, strength and long service life across different raw materials and brick types.
Strong Vacuum De-Airing
The vacuum system removes air from the clay body, improving green brick density, surface quality and forming strength.
High Extrusion Pressure
JKY hard-plastic models reach up to 4.0 MPa extrusion pressure, suitable for hollow bricks and harder raw materials.
Suitable for Many Raw Materials
Selected by clay plasticity, moisture, shale content, coal gangue, fly ash or mixed brick raw materials.
Multiple Mould Options
By changing moulds, one extruder can produce solid bricks, perforated bricks, hollow blocks and customized clay products.
Wear-Resistant Auger & Mouthpiece
Auger, mixer blades, mouthpiece and moulds can be supplied with wear-resistant alloy or hardfacing for longer life.
Matched to the Full Line
Extruder capacity is balanced with feeding, mixing, cutting, stacking, drying and firing so the whole plant runs smoothly.
Clay Brick Extruder Model Series
Two main families — compact JKR for small to medium plants, and double-stage JKY for medium to large automatic plants.
JKR Series
The JKR series suits small and medium clay brick plants, commonly used for general clay brick production where raw material is soft to medium plastic. Compact, easier to operate and suitable for medium-budget lines.
- Small to medium brick factories
- Clay and red soil brick production
- Solid and perforated brick production
- Lower investment automatic brick lines
- Hoffman kiln and small tunnel kiln projects
JKY Series
The JKY series is a stronger, higher-pressure double-stage vacuum extruder for medium and large plants, with upper mixing and lower extrusion sections. Suited to hard-plastic forming, hollow brick production and high-output automatic plants.
- Medium and large automatic clay brick plants
- Tunnel kiln production lines
- High-quality hollow brick production
- Shale, coal gangue, fly ash & harder clay materials
- Lower moisture green brick forming & better density

Main Components
Suitable Raw Materials
Raw materials should be tested for plasticity and moisture before final extruder and mould selection.
Where the Extruder Sits in the Line
The extruder must be balanced with the clay preparation section, cutter speed, brick type and daily plant capacity for stable forming.
Why Choose NES for Extruder Selection?
Next Engineering Solutions Ltd helps clients select the correct extruder based on project requirements, raw material condition, production capacity and full line balance.
We do not recommend by machine model alone. We match the extruder with the full brick production line so that feeding, mixing, extruding, cutting, stacking, drying and firing all work together properly.
